REFUND POLICY

Luxe Remarkable, LLC specializes in custom, personalized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, and specialty products. Due to the nature of our products and the customization involved in fulfilling each order, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

All purchases made through Luxe Remarkable, LLC are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed.

By placing an order with Luxe Remarkable, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
All sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, color variations, sizing selections, design choices, or ordering errors does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including but not limited to:

Names
Dates
Spelling
Colors
Sizes
Quantities
Shipping information
Customization details

Luxe Remarkable, LLC is not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

COLOR AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and designs. However, actual colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen resolutions, printing methods, material differences, and manufacturing processes.

Such variations are normal and do not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

ORDER PROCESSING

Production begins after payment has been received and any required design approvals have been completed. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

CUSTOM ARTWORK AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

Customers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other content submitted for customization.

Luxe Remarkable, LLC is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.

SHIPPING

Luxe Remarkable, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
